We are a small school with no IT staff. Is this too much?
No. The day-to-day work is sending photo invitations, approving photographs and releasing a print run — all in a browser. Setup, import and printer configuration are things we do with you rather than hand over as a task list.
Can we use our existing school photographer's images?
Yes. Photographs can be imported in bulk as well as collected by invitation, and imported images go through the same screening and cropping so cards stay consistent.
How long do you keep student photographs?
For as long as your school decides. Retention periods are configurable per organisation, with a shorter period for rejected photographs, and expired images are removed automatically.
Can students add their ID to a phone?
Yes, if your school wants that. Digital ID can be enabled or left off entirely, and it can be enabled for some year levels and not others.
What does it take to reprint a lost card?
Find the student, print. Their photograph and details are already on their record, so a replacement is a counter job rather than a fresh collection and approval cycle.
